Selectively Catalytic Combustion of Acetonitrile by Transition\|metal Supported Mesoporous Molecular Sieve SBA-15

摘要: 制备了具有规则孔道结构和较高比表面积的SBA-15介孔分子筛, 采用真空旋转蒸发法将过渡金属(Cu, Co, Cr和Mn)负载到SBA-15表面, 得到负载型过渡金属催化剂, 并将其用于含氰废气催化燃烧的实验中, 考察了其催化活性. 催化剂的理化性能通过X射线衍射(XRD)、氮气吸附-脱附、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、H2-程序升温还原(TPR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等手段进行了表征. 活性评价结果表明, 在乙腈催化燃烧过程中, 除目的产物N2和CO2外, 还产生NO, NO2, N2O, NH3和CO等副产物; Cu/SBA-15催化剂对乙腈废气的脱除具有最佳的乙腈催化燃烧活性和氮气选择性, 当温度高于350 ℃时, 乙腈的转化率接近100%, 而氮气产率高达80%左右.

Abstract: A series of mono-functional M/SBA-15(M=Cu, Co, Cr and Mn) catalysts was prepared via an incipient wetness impregnation, and characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption, TEM, H2-TPR and XPS as well as activity test for CH3CN+O2 reaction. Apart from the target product of N2, harmful by-products of NO, NO2, N2O, NH3 and CO were also observed during the combustion process. Among the prepared M/SBA-15 samples, Cu/SBA-15 exhibited a nearly complete conversion of CH3CN associated with a N2 selectivity around 80%, which was regarded as a promising material for the catalytic removal of cyanide-containing gas.
