摘要: 在(0.5~3)R·Ga2O3·(1.0~1.5)P2O5·(25~100)H2O体系内,通过150~200℃、1~20天水热晶化合成了12种磷酸镓微孔晶体GaPO4-Cn(n=1~12)。该晶体经400~500℃下脱模板剂(R)后,对水、乙醇、正己烷、环己烷有不同程度的吸附,对水的吸附等温线具有分子筛的吸附特征,报道了GaPO4-C3,-C4,-C7的单晶结构分析结果,并结合前人工作对此类新型微孔晶体结构与合成规律的特点进行了探讨。

Abstract: Anew family of microporous gallophosphates (namely GaPO4-Ca, n= 1~12) was crystallized in (0.5~3)R.Ga2O3.(1~1.5)P2O5.(25~100)H2O systems hydrothermally at 150~200℃ by using various amines and quarternary ammoniums as the templates(R) and characterized by means of chemical composition analysis, XRD, DTA-TG and NMR techniques. Their absorption properties were investigated by the measurements of water adsorption isotherms and adsorption capacities of "plug gauge" molecules with known diameters, as a result, the pore sizes of GaPO4-Ca change from 3 to 6 Å. Three members of microporous gallophosphates were structurally determined by means of single crystal X-ray diffraction,these include GaPO4-C3,-C4,-C7. Some characteristics related to the structures such as coordination state of Ga, framework window and role of the template in the framework were discussed in more detail.
