摘要: 通过3-羟甲基苯并唑酮与金属钠的反应制取其钠盐,利用钠盐同α-氯代乙酰氧基烃基膦酸酯反应合成21个未见报道的α-(苯并唑-2-氧乙酰氧基)烃基膦酸酯类化合物,确定了产物的结构,考察了反应条件,探讨了可能的反应机理。

Abstract: Twenty-one new phosphorus compounds were synthesized by the reaction of O,O-dialkyl-α-chloroacetoxyalkyl phosphonates and sodium salt of 3-hydroxymethylbenzoxazolone.Their structures were confirmed by means of elementary analysis,IR,1H and 31P NMR and MS.The possible mechanism is that the unsteady reactive intermediate reacting from reactants undergoes intramolecular electron migration rearrangement to form the products.
