Abstract: Based on targets structure and bio rational molecular design, the title compounds have been synthesized, all compounds have been confirmed by1H NMRand elemental analysis.The Hill reaction inhibitory activity of all the title compounds was tested and the bioassay results indicate that some of them show a good inhibitory activity, the relationship between the structure and inhibitory was analyzed
