Synthesis and Photoelectric Property for (η2-C70)Pd (PPh3)2 Complex

摘要: 在惰性气氛中由取代反应合成出(η2-C70Pd(PPh3)2配合物,在光电化学电池中测定了(η2-C70Pd(PPh3)2在GaAs电极上形成的n+n型异质结光伏效应.结果表明,在I2/I3-电对介质中(η2-C70Pd(PPh3)2有较大的光伏效应值;当(η2-C70Pd(PPh3)2的薄膜厚度为1μm时光伏效应最大;(η2-C70Pd(PPh3)2在GaAs电极上的光电转换性能是优良的.

Abstract: 2-C70) Pd (PPh3)2 complex was prepared by replacement reactlon in inert gas.The photovoltaic effect (PVE) for (η2-C70) Pd (PPh3)2 complex on GaAs electrode formingn+n heterojunction in photoelectrochemical cell was investigated.The results show thatI2/I3 was the best redox couple in the photoelectrochemical cell.The photovoltaic propertyof (η2-C70)Pd (PPh3)2-GaAs electrode at 1 μm for thickness of (η2-C70)Pd (PPh3)2 was thebest.The photoelectric property of (η2-C70)Pd(PPh3)2 on GaAs electrode was excellent.
