Keggin结构钨磷酸稀土镨盐杂多蓝的合成及抗艾滋病病毒(HIV-1)活性的研究

Synthesis of Heteropoly Blue of Praseodymium Tungstophosphte with Keggin Structure and Studies on Their Anti-HIV Activity

Abstract: e-and 4e-Heteropoly bule compounds of praseodymium tungstophosphate with Keggin structure were synthesized for the first time using control-potential electrolysis method, IR, UV-Vis and 31P NMRspectra were used to characterize their structures.The test of checking proliferation of MT-4 cells and their anti-HIVactivities show that these heteropoly blue compounds of praseodymium salts with Keggin structure have fairly low cell toxicity and relatively high anti-HIVactivity, The TI50 of Pr(2)and Pr(4)are 66 and 70,which demonscrate that their anti-HIVactivities are better than those of PM-29.
