Abstract: A capillary electrophoretic setup with laser-induced fluorescence detection using charge-coupled device detector was used to separate three kinds of oligopeptides and their degradation products.By the use of fluorecein isothiocyanate to derive analytes,the operation conditions were investigated in detail.The six components were separated within 14min.
