摘要: 以醋酸乙烯酯为单体,三烯丙基异氰尿酸酯为交联剂制得大孔交联共聚物,以其为载体,氨基酸为配体制得一系列亲和吸附剂。探讨了溶剂用量和性质、反应时间和温度等条件对配体固定化的影响,并确定了最佳制备条件。

Abstract: This paper describes the application of vinyl acetate and trially isocyanurate copolymer(VT) as support,which was then saponified,activated,and amino acid was immobilized on to the adsorbent.The effect of different reaction conditions was investigated.
