Syntheses and Antitumor Activities of New Spin-labeled 5-Fluorouracil Derivatives

Abstract: Aseries of new spin-labeled 5-fluorouracil derivatives, as potential antitumor agents, were synthesized, and their structures were confirmed by IR, UV, MSand ESRspectra as well as elemental analysis.The antitumor activities of these compounds were tested against EACin mice.The preliminary results showed that some of the compounds exhibit certain antitumor activity.
