Abstract: Ten spin-labelled derivatives of 5-fluorouracil,as the potential anticancer agents,were synthesized.The structures of these new compounds were examined by IR,UV,MS,ESR and elementary analysis.The preliminary pharmacological tests show that some of the compounds possess anticancer activity against leukemia L1210 and utericervucak carcubbina U14 in mice.
