摘要： 通过间溴苯甲醚与2－二甲胺甲基环己酮反应制得1-间甲氧苯基-2-二甲胺甲基环己醇,对其分离得到相应的顺反异构体.对反应的立体化学进行了分析,并用13CNMR谱确定了顺反异构体的构型.

Abstract: The reaction of 2-(dimethylaminomethyl) cyclohexanone with m-anisyl magne-sium bromlde yielded the title compound as a mixture of Z- and E-isomers, which were sepa-rated into their pure component by fractional crystallization. Their configurations were de-termined by 13CNMRspectra. The stereochemistry of the reaction was discussed.
