Synthesis of 2-Chloro/2-methylsulphonyl-5-(2-phenyl-4-quinolyl)-1, 3, 4-oxadiazole Compounds and Their Nucleophilic Displacement

摘要: 借处理2-羟基-5-(2-苯基-4-喹啉基)-1,3,二唑同PCl5/POCl3之间的反应合成了2-氯-5-(2-苯基-4-喹啉基)-1,3,4-二唑(3)和通过2-基-5-(2-苯基-4-喹啉基)-1,3,4-二唑的甲基化,然后氧化制得2-甲磺酰基-5-(2-苯基-4-喹啉基)-1,3,4-二唑(6).并分别研究了3和6同胺、叠氮及肼的反应,得到2,5-二取代的二唑新衍生物。初步观察了部分化合物的抗菌活性。

Abstract: Substituted compounds of 2-chloro-5-(2-phenyl-4-quinolyl)-1, 3, 4-oxadiazole 3 and 2-methylsulphonyl-5-(2-phenyl-4-quinolyl)-1, 3, 4-oxadiazole 6 have been synthesized and the reactions of 3 and 6 with a variety of nucleophilic reagent, such as, amine, azide and hydrazine were also investigated. 3 has been prepared by the treatment of 2-hydroxy-5-(2-phenyl-4-quinolyl)-1, 3, 4-oxadiazole with PCl5/POCl3. Whereas the 2-methylsulphonyl derivatives 6 has been obtained from 2-mercapto-5-(2-phenyl-4-quinolyl)-1, 3, 4-oxadiazole through methylation and subsequent oxidation with KMnO4.
