新型含氮磷杂并环化合物-吡唑并[3,4-d]-1,3,2-二氮磷杂六环-6-酮衍生物的合成研究

Studies on the Synthesis of Derivatives of Pyrazolo [3,4-d]-1,3,2-Diazaphosphorin-6-one

摘要: 本文以异嘌呤类杂环-吡唑并[3,4-d]嘧啶为先导,以1-取代-5-取代氨基-4-(N-烷基)吡唑甲酰胺及取代苯基二氯化膦、六乙基亚磷三酰胺为原料,设计并合成42个新型含氮磷杂并环化合物-吡唑并[3,4-d]-1,3,2-二氮磷杂六环-6-酮衍生物.经1HNMR、IR、MS及元素分析确定了它们的化学结构.初步测定了它们的生物活性.实验表明这些化合物具有一定的抗癌活性及农药活性.

Abstract: In order to look for biological active phosphorus heterocyclic compounds, taking isop-urine-pyrazolo[3, 4-d]-pyrimidine as the lead-compound, we designed and synthesized a new-type of compounds——the derivatives of pyrazolo[3,4-d]-l,3,2-diazaphosphorin-6-one.Fourtytwo of them have been obtained by using l-substituted-5-amino-4-pyrazole ester as the starting materials.The molecular structures of all the compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, MSand elmental analysis.The preliminary biological activities of the products indicate that some of them possess antitumor and pesticidal activities.
