摘要: 黄耀曾等曾报道了环丙烷衍生物的合成方法,但在碱存在下用季鉮盐直接与α,β-不饱和酮进行相转移反应合成环丙烷衍生物的方法尚未见报道。我们用常法制得溴化(p-乙氧羰基苯基)亚甲基三苯基鉮(1),进而与系列α,β-不饱和酮(2a-f)在二氯甲烷和50%氢氧化钠液相体系中于室温反应得到相应的环丙烷衍生物(3a-f),为合成这类化合物提供了一条简便

Abstract: This paper presents the synthesis of (4-ethoxycarbonylphenyl) methyltriphenylarsonium bromide(1) and its reaction at room temperature with α,β-unsaturated ketones(2a-r) in the two phase system of CH2Cl2-50% NaOH(aq) to afford the substituted cyclopropane derivatives(3a-f), and the yields are fairly good (80-87%). Their structures are ascertained by elemental analysis, 1R,1H NMR, and MS spectrometry.
