Immobilization of E. Coli L-Asparaginase on Chitosan Microsphere

Abstract: E.coli L-asparaginase was immobilized on chitosan microspheres,The synthesis conditions of chitosan microspheres and the properties of immobilized enzyme were discussed.The results showed that the matrix can adsorb L-asparaginase and recover high enzymic activity,The immobilize enzyme was more stable against trypsin than native enzyme.
