Abstract: Solubilities of iodine and monoclinic sulfur in supercritical CO2 with different pres-sures and temperatures were determined using chromatographic retention method- Solubility curves of iodine within 11-35 MPa pressure range at temperatures 313. 2, 318. 2, 323. 2,328.2 Kand monoclinic sulfur within 8.5-35 MPa pressure range at 308. 2, 318. 2, 328. 2 K, were described. Some of the results were compared with the date obtained from the methods of SFEspectrometric/gravimetric.

Key words: Iodine, Monoclinic sulfur, Solubility, Supercritical CO2
