水热-热解法制备具有一维结构的Co3O4多晶

Hydrothermal Synthesis of Polycrystal Co3O4 with One Dimensional Nanostructures

摘要: 采用温和的水热-热解法, 在一定温度下, 通过调节Na2CO3溶液和可溶性钴盐的摩尔比控制产物的形貌, 得到具有一维结构的水热产物. 以该产物为前驱体制备了具有一维结构的Co3O4多晶. 以六次甲基四胺、尿素等代替Na2CO3溶液作为沉淀剂, 均得到了一维纳米结构的Co3O4, 表明CO2-3在水镁石CoO2层间的嵌入是得到一维结构水热产物的关键.

Abstract: The powders of one dimensional nanostructures of Co3O4 were synthesized hydrothermally followed by decomposition of the precursors in the Co(NO3)2-CO2-3 system. The aspect ratio of products could be controlled by tailoring the concentration of Co(NO3)2 aqueous solution. That urine and hexamethylenetetramine taking the place of sodium carbonate as the precipitants could also produce 1D Co3O4 showed lights on understanding the mechanism of formation of 1D structures. The existence of CO2-3 intercalated between the brucite layers played an important role in the formation of 1D structures.
