Hβ沸石粒度对异丁烷与丁烯烷基化反应活性和选择性的影响

Influence of Catalysts Particle Size on Alkylation of Isobutane with Butene over Hβ Zeolites

摘要: 合成了一系列不同粒度的β沸石,并应用在异丁烷与丁烯的烷基化反应中.实验结果显示,随β沸石粒度的逐渐减小(40μm~20nm),反应活性逐渐增加;在产物的选择性方面,随β沸石粒度的逐渐减小,汽油组分C8在产物中所占的比例略有下降.

Abstract: A series of β zeolite with various particle sizes were hydrothermally synthesized and characterized in detail. In the alkylation of isobutane with butene the activities of the catalysts increase with the the particle size of the zeolite decreasing(40 μm-20 nm). The selectivity for C 8 decreases with the the particle size of the zeolite decreasing.
