介孔钛硅分子筛表面功能膜的制备及对水体中铅的去除作用

Preparation of Functionalized Monolayer on Mesoporous Titanosilicate Molecular Sieve and Removal of Lead in Water

摘要: 研究了制备条件对氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷在水饱和处理的介孔钛硅分子筛表面自组装作用的影响.通过亲核取代反应制备出巯基乙酰氧基功能膜.用XRD、IR、TGA、元素分析、XRF、13CCP/MAS和29SiCP/MASNMR谱对功能膜进行了表征.结果表明,自组装膜的最佳制备条件为选择甲苯作溶剂,控制在110℃加热,硅烷化24h.实验表明,功能膜对水体中的Pb2+离子具有良好的选择吸附能力,可有效地去除水体中的痕量铅.

Abstract: Organofunctional silane monolayer has been prepared on the surface of Ti-MCM-41. Methods, such as X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, X-ray fluorescence, 13C and 29Si solid-state NMR spec-troscopy have been used for qualitative characterization of this monolayer. Other method, such as contact angle has been used for studying the wettability of this monolayer. The con-ditions for obtaining reproducible monolayer has been established. It is found that the optimum organic solvent, polymerization temperature and time are toluene, 110 ℃ and 24 h, re-spectively. The experimental results showed that it was an effective adsorbent for Pb2+ions, but was less effective toward Zn2+, Cd2+, Cu2+, Mg2+and Na+ions.
