摘要: 介绍了4类具有络合性质或潜在的络合性质的4-取代苄基-2,6-哌嗪二酮化合物的合法。所合成的化合物中有些表现出明显的体外抑制白血细胞P388生长的活性。

Abstract: The development of several methods for the synthesis of four classes of 1,4-disubstituted piperazine-2,6-diones which have chelating effects or latent chelating effects is described.Some of them are proved to be considerably effective against P388 cells in vitro.
