Calculation on Isoelectric Point and Net Charge of Peptide

Abstract: This paper shows a improved method using successive search method and adjusted dissociation constant for calculating isoelectric point and net charge at a certain pH of peptide,the result calculated is closed to the real value and is useful to study migration of peptide in Capillary Zone Electrophoresis (CZE).
