蝎型螯合过渡金属配合物的研究(Ⅱ)──含多吡唑硼酸盐配体的锌/镉(Ⅱ)蝎合物的合成、表征及晶体结构

摘要: 蝎合配体氢三(3-对甲氧基苯基吡唑-1)硼酸钾KTpAn及氢三(3-对甲氧基苯基,5-甲基吡唑-1)硼酸钾KTpAn,Me与B族金属盐MX2(M=Zn,Cd;X=Cl,OAc)反应,得到一系列新的蝎合物.对这些蝎合物进行了元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振谱的测定与研究.对TpAnZnCl(1a)的X射线晶体结构分析表明,它属于P21/n空间群,晶胞参数:a=1.0055(2)nm,b=1.6890(3)nm,c=1.7760(4)nm,β=102.16(3)°,Z=4,最终的偏离因子R=0.0500,wR=0.1202.中心体锌离子的配位环境为畸变的四面体结构.

Abstract: Two scorpionate ligands KTpAn and KTpAn were prepared and reacted with MX2(M=Zn, Cd; X=Cl, OAc) affording some new complexes, which were characterized by elemental analysis, IRand 1HNMR. The single crystal structure of TpAn ZnCl has been determined by a four-circle X-ray diffractometer, which shows that the coordination environment about the Zn center is distorted tetrahedral. The crystals are monoclinic, space group P21 /n, with dimensions a=1.005 5(2) nm, b=1.6890(3) nm, c=1.7760(4) nm, β=102.16(3)° and Z=4, with final residuals R=0.0500 and wR=0.1202.
