一种基于共振角度测量的小型SPR传感器

A Miniaturized Surface Plasmon Resonance Sensor Based on Resonant Angle Shift Measurment

摘要: 合成了一种光学有机玻璃并进行了性能表征.用其制作了一种不规则六面体光学棱镜.采用这种光学棱镜,以发光二极管为光源,线阵CCD为检测器,组装了一种共振角度同时测量的小型SPR传感装置;讨论了影响该传感器灵敏度、分辨率和线性范围的因素.将其用于乙醇和磷酸二氢钾的检测,获得了较好的结果.

Abstract: A new kind of miniaturized surface plasmon resonace(SPR) sensor was developed by using an optical resin synthesized in our lab as the transducer prism and a linear charge coupled device(CCD) as the detector. The sensitivity, resolution and linear dynamic range of the sensor were discussed. The sensor has been used to determine alcohol and KH2PO4 in water, and the results were satisfactory.
