Abstract: The interaction of ruthenated porphyrin [Ru(bpy)2(MPyTPP)Cl]+ with CT-DNA was investigated with UV-Vis and fluorescent spectrum. It is found that [Ru(bpy)2(MPyTPP)Cl]+ binds to CT-DNA with a high affinity.
