Perparation and Structure of Nanocrysalline BaTiO3

Abstract: Nanocrystalline BaTiO3 with diameter of particles less than 30 nm was prepared by the pyrolysis of peroxide.The composition of the peroxide precursor was determined, and the condition of preparing nanocrystalline by the pyrolysis of peroxide was identified,the crystalline structure,defect and domain structure were studied by XRDand TEM methods.
