胆红素、胆绿素与金属离子的作用机制初探

摘要: 用电化学方法和光谱方法对胆红素、胆绿素与金属离子在碱性水溶液中的作用机制进行了研究.发现它们与金属离子的作用情况依金属离子种类和反应条件不同而异.在有氧情况下,碱土、稀土等金属离子不与它们发生作用,Hg2+、Ag+、Tl+Hg22+等则可与它们发生直接氧化还原或催化氧化反应;而在除氧的条件下,胆红素、胆绿素则可与Fe3+、Cu2+、Zn2+、Cd2+等形成配合物,而无催化氧化反应发生.对一些配合物的组成、结构以及金属离子的催化反应机制等进行了探讨.

Abstract: The interaction mechanisms of bilirubin/biliverdin with some metal ions in basic aqueous solution were investigated with spectral and electrochemical methods.It was found that the interaction between bilirubin/biliverdin and metal ions was affected by various factors such as reaction medium, etc.In the presence of oxygen, bilirubin/biliverdin can be directly (or catalytical-ly) oxidized by some metal ions, however, when oxygen was absent, they were not oxidized by some metal ions but complexed with them.In this paper, the composition, structure and stability of these complexes were researched, and the catalytic reaction mechanism concerned was discussed.
