时间分辨——窗口技术及其应用

摘要: Yamada等[1]研究了铕、钐与噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮生成配合物的荧光衰变特性.为了消除钐在铕测定波长处的荧光干扰,在激光脉冲产生后延迟一定时间,使钐的荧光衰变完全后再对铕的荧光信号采样,可在大量钐存在下测定痕量铕.但用类似的方法消除长寿命荧光信号对短寿命荧光信号的干扰则不可能,无法提高该信号的选择性.本文从理论上探讨了一种新的时间分辨荧光光谱技术——窗口技术,实验结果证明效果良好.

Abstract: A new time resolved fluorescence spectra technique——window technique is theoretically studied.The technique gives a new way to reduce the interference from the signal with a long lifetime to the determination of fluorescence signal with a short lifetime.The method was applied to the simultaneous determination of europium and samarium, and satisfactory results were gained.
