摘要: 研究了AASⅠ、AASⅡ两系列新型吸附树脂对苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸的吸附分离性能,分析了树脂结构与吸附分离性能间的关系,探讨了聚苯乙烯系吸附树脂与芳香氨基酸间的作用机理。

Abstract: The adsorption and separation capacity of the new resins AASfor phenylalanine and tyro-sine was studied.The relationship between the structure of the resins and the adsorption and separation capacity was analysed.The separation mechanism of the chromatography was also investigated.
