Abstract: Using the ultra-violet absorption spectrometry in connection with the computer simulation, the oxidation reaction kinetics of adrenaline and adrenochrome formed with H2O2 in Cu (Ⅱ) existing as a catalyst has been studiedThe change of reaction rates as regard to the formation and oxidation of adrenochrome with the change of the initial concentrations of adrenaline, Cu (Ⅱ) and H2O2 has been examined, tooFor this reaction, there may be two consecutive steps-Adrenaline→Adrenochrome→other productsThe kinetic laws of these two steps are 05order and first order for adrenline and for adrenochrome, respectively.

Key words: Adrenaline, Adrenochrome, Oxidation
