摘要： 利用二元醇的单甲苯磺酸酯同胆红素的四丁基氢氧化铵盐反应,合成出胆红素单葡萄糖醛酸酯的模型化合物─2个胆红素单乙二醇酯和2个胆红素单丙二醇酯。通过1HNMR对它们在溶液中的结构进行了研究。

Abstract: The title compounds, as models of bilirubin monoglucuronides, were synthesized by the reaction of bilirubin bis-tetra-n-butylammonium salt with glycol mono-p-toluenesulfonates in dry acetone, Two bilirubin monoethylene glycol esters and two bilirubin monopropylene glycol esters were prepared.Their structures in solution were investigated by 1H NMRspectroscopical method.
