摘要： 首次完成了黄酮木脂素(±)-Sinaiticin的全合成,通过9步反应,总产率为13.4%,cis-6发生差向异构化转化为trans-7,氧化偶联为关键步骤.

Abstract: (±)-Sinaiticin was first synthesized by nine steps in 13.4% overall yield. In this approach the conversion of cis-6 to trans-7 by epimerization and the oxidative cyclization reaction are the key steps.
