螺旋藻糖蛋白的分离纯化及其性质研究

摘要: 采用新的分离工艺从螺旋藻中提取得到粗多糖,经环流泡沫分离去除蛋白和SephacrylS-100柱层析纯化后得到一种糖蛋白.经SephadexG-200和凝胶电泳证实所得的糖蛋白为均一组成;由SDS-PAGE测定分子量为130000;红外色谱呈现出典型的多糖吸收峰,含有α-型糖苷连接键;β-消去反应初步表明这是一种存在O-连接的糖蛋白.

Abstract: Aglycoprotein was isolated from Chinese spirulina. Purification of this glycoprotein was accomplished by foam in a loop bubble column and gel chromatography on Sephacryl S-100.The homogeneity of this glycoprotein was proven by gel filtration on Sepha-dex G-200 and SDS-PAGE. The molecular weight of the glycoprotein was 130000. Characterization of this glycoprotein by IR analysis showed the typical absorption of polysaccharide and indicated the presence of α-glycoside linkage. β-Elimination reaction demonstrated the existence of ο-glycosidic linkage in this spirulina glycoprotein.
