摘要: BiFeO3是典型的铁电材料(居里温度Tc=1110K),同时具有反铁磁性(尼尔温度Tn=650K).BiFeO3为三方钙钛矿结构,它能与一些其它钙钛矿结构的化合物形成具有优良铁电性能的固溶体[1~4].

Abstract: The compound BiFeO3was synthesized in alkaline medium with BiONO3(or BiCl3) and Fe(NO3)39H2O as the reactant at 120-40 for 1-3d. The product was characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric and differential thermal analyses and IR spectroscopy. The compound crystallizes in a rhombohedral system with cell parameters a=0.3956 nm, α=89.43.
