摘要: 以2,5-二-(邻-羟苯基)-1,3,4- 二唑和乙二醇或多缩乙二醇类化合物为前体分子,通过[1+1]或[2+2]型缩合反应合成了4种相应的大环多醚。用X射线衍射测定了大环A的空间结构。

Abstract: Four new type of compounds containing 1,3,4-oxadiazoles macrocyclic polyethers A,B,C,Dwere synthesized with[1+1]or[2+2]cyclization of 2,5-bis-hydroxyphenyl 1,3,4-oxadiazole and relevant ethylene glycol or polyethylene glycol.Also,the stereo structure of Awas elucidated by X-ray diffraction.
