Photoluminescence and Electroluminescence Doped PVK Thin Film

Abstract: The spin-coating thin films of Alq3 doped PVKwere prepared.The electroluminescet devices using Alq3/PVKas emitting element have been fabricated.The photoluminescence of the film and electroluminescence of the devicewere investigated.The photoluminescence films may find potential application in wavelength transformer for solar cell.The ELdevice can be driven to produce a blue green emission(490 nm)at dc voltage 30 V.The lifetime of the device is up to 3 hours.
