痕量芴、苊、蒽和苝的同时偏振-同步荧光分析

Simultaneous Determination of Trace Fluorene, Acenaphthylene,Anthracene and Perylene by Polarization-Synchronization Spectrofluorimetry

摘要: 本文建立了痕量芴、苊、蒽和苝的同时偏振-同步荧光分析法.该法能有效地抑制同步扫描过程中散射光的影响,从而提高测定的灵敏度.芴、苊、蒽和苝的检测限分别为(ng/mL):1.1、10.0、1.8、0.26,相对标准偏差不大于4.2%.

Abstract: The present paper contains a new method of polarization-synchronization spectrofluo-rimetry for the simultaneous determination of trace fluorene.acenaphthylene,anthracene and perylene.The use of this technique can effectively suppress the effect of scatteredlight during synchronous scanning,and hence enhance sensitivity.The detection limits of fluorene,acenaph-thene anthracene and perylene were(ng/mL):1.1,10.0,1.8 and 0.26,respectively.The relative standard deviation was less than 4.2%.
