Abstract: Aseries of complexes of rare earth nitrates with 1, 2-cyclohexyl-12-crown-4 ether were prepared.Elementary analysis data show that they have the same formula of RE(NO3)3C12H22O4(RE = La-Eu,Gd-Er,Y).The prope.ties of the complexes have also been studied with the IRspectrome-try, differential thermal analysis and molar conductivity techniques.
