Abstract: Effects of concentration of reagents on polymerization reaction of aluminosilicate were investigated.The polymerization reaction is accelerated as the concentration of Al2O3 increases and is slowed down as the alkalinity or concentration of potassium increases.The influence of the concentration of SiO2 is complex.Under the condition of a high silica/alumina ratio the rate of polymerization decreases with increasing concentration of SiO2, but under the condition of a low silica/alumina the rate of polymerization increases with increasing concentration of SiO2.
