可用于防晒吸收剂的广谱抗紫外碳点材料的制备

摘要: 防晒吸收剂是防晒产品中的关键物质,是起到紫外线吸收作用的有效成分。然而,传统的有机和无机吸收剂,都存在如未知的人体健康及环境危害、稳定性差、水溶性差、尤其是紫外吸收波长范围较窄等问题,因此,研发环境友好的广谱抗紫外防晒吸收剂材料对于防晒产品的开发具有十分重要的意义。近年来,碳点材料因其化学稳定性好、光学性能优异、制备方法简单且成本低、环境友好等特点展示出良好的应用前景。本文首先以盐酸多巴胺及邻苯二胺、柠檬酸及尿素为原料通过简单水热法制备并提纯出两种碳点材料并进行了XPS、TEM、XRD、FTIR等组成、形貌结构表征及UV、Fluorescence光学性能测试,结果表明,将两种碳点优化最佳比例以1 :1.5(w :w)混合,可制成广谱型抗紫外防晒吸收剂材料。此外,本文还探索了将该碳点材料作为有效紫外吸收剂成分制备成可顺滑书写的墨水添加剂,进一步测试了一定周期内(120 h)的抗紫外光稳定性,结果表明,碳点材料作为广谱抗紫外防晒墨水成分防晒效果显著、稳定性好,说明碳点材料作为理想的广谱防晒吸收剂在防晒产品中的应用具有可行性。

Abstract: Sunscreen absorbent is the basic ultraviolet (UV) blocking additives that absorb UV rays, which is the active ingredient in sunscreen products. However, traditional sunscreen absorbents are known as organic and inorganic chemicals which have problems such as unknown toxicity for human health and environment, instability, poor water solubility, and a narrow range of UV absorption, the study of eco-friendly broad-spectrum sunscreen absorbent materials is important for the application of sunscreen products. In recent years, carbon dots have shown good properties in the application of UV absorbents due to their chemistry stability, eco-friendly, excellent UV absorption efficiency. In the study, two kinds of carbon dots were prepared from dopamine hydrochloride and o-phenylenediamine, citric acid and urea independently by simple one-pot hydrothermal synthesis method, purified by column chromatography and then characterized by XPS, TEM, XRD, FTIR, UV-Vis, and fluorescence spectra. The results showed that carbon dots as a broad-spectrum UV absorbent material was developed with excellent absorption efficiency in both UVA and UVB of the optimized ratio of the prepared carbon dots by 1 :1.5 (w :w). In addition, the application of the UV blocking photoprotection calligraphy ink by a certain proportion of carbon dots components as UV absorbent was investigated, and the UV blocking photoprotection stability was tested in a certain period (120 h), which indicating that the application of the broad-spectrum carbon dots UV absorbent is high-efficiency, stable, and carbon dots has potential as ideal photostable broad-spectrum UV absorbent additives use for sunscreen products.
