Abstract: The hydrothcnnal crystallization behaviour of CH3NH2-SiO2-P2O5-Al2O3-H2O system was investigated at 150℃ under autogenous pressure and a ternary phase diagram with the apices of the triangle representing pure CH3NH2, P2O5 and Al2O3 was obtained, which shows the effect of the composition changes of CH3NH2, P2O5 and Al2O3 on the crystalization phase when in the reaction mixture the molar ratio of SiO2 : Al2O3 : H2O=0. 4: 1 : 40. Two silicophosphoaluminate molecular sieves,CFS-APO-1 and CFSAPO-2, were found to be formed from the system. The physicochemical properties of CFSAPO-1 samples containing different amout of silicon were studied with XRD, DTA, TG,IR, NH3-TPD and adsorption methods. It is found that the framework Pand Al were substituted congruent-ly by silicon.
