Abstract: An HPLCchiral stationary phase was synthesized by the in situ covalent immobilization of bovine serum albumin on a aminopropyl silica packed column activated with 1, 1 carbonyldiimidazole in a short time. The effects of mobile phase pHand the content of 1 propanol on k' and α of D, L-trypto-phan were investigated, and the resolution of seven chiral compounds was successfully achieved.
