Studies on New Type of Vinyl Acetate/Divinylbenzene Copolymers(Ⅱ)──Preparation,Structure and Properties of Saponified Copolymers

Abstract

Abstract: The polymers possessing hydroxyl groups were synthesized by saponifying the copolymers of vinyl acetate and divinylbenzene.The effect of different degree of crosslinking on the saponification was investigated.The parameters of pore structures and swelling properties of these saponified copolymers were determined.The adsorption of aromatic amino acids to the saponified copolymers was studied.
