摘要: 利用1H和31PNMR谱研究了21个含苯并唑酮环乙酰氧基烃基膦酸酯化合物及其取代基效应,探讨了取代基对2个酯基不等价性和对α-C上磁性核P、α-H化学位移及其偶合作用的影响。

Abstract: 1H and 31P NMRspectroscopies were usedto study 21 compounds of O,O-diakylα-(2-benzoxazolyl)oxyacetoxyalkyl-phosphonate.It is indicated that the non-equivalence between the two ester OR′groups is affected by the a-substituentes.The larger the substituent is,the greater the difference of 1H chemical shifts between the two ester OCH3 groups is.The a and ester substituents also affected α-magnetic nuclei, that is α-Hand α-31P.The regular dependences of their chemical shifts, as well as their scalar coupling interaction,on thesubstituents were diseussed in detail.
