Determination of Estrodiol by Capillary Electrophoretic Immunoassay with Thermally Reversible Hydrogel

Abstract: In this paper, a kind of thermally linear polymer, poly-N-isopropylacrylamide(PNIPA) was packed into capillary electrophoresis, which can be used to separate bound and free estradiol antigen. Auseful method for determination of estradiol in serum by hydrogel capillary electrophoretic immunoassay(CEIA) was developed. The influence of concentration and pHof buffer, concentration of hydrogel, applied voltage, temperature etc has been studied. The limit of detection and the linear range of estrodiol were 30 pg/mLand 0.1—10 ng/mL.
