CPVC/SMA共混体的流变性能

Rheological Properties of CPVC/SMA Blends

摘要: CPVC有许多优良的物理和力学性能,但是它的热分解温度和熔融温度相距太近,加工性能很不好,Krishnan[1]等人最先研究了CPVC的流变性能,我们近几年研究了其共混体的流变性[2,3],发现通过共混方法可以有效地改善CPVC的加工特性.CPVC与苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物(SMA)共混体的流变性的研究则未见报道.本文研究了CPVC/SMA共混体的流变特性,为CPVC材料加工工艺参数的制定提供了依据.

Abstract: Rheological properties of chlorinated poly (vinyl chloride)/styrene maleic anhydride copolymer (CPVC/SMA) blends were studied.It is shown that the relationship between viscosity and shear rate for each blend may be expressed with a second order equation, and the relationship between viscosity and shear stress with Sper.cer-Dillon experiential equation.The viscosity of system at 180℃ or 190℃ showc a minimum with increasing shear rate at SMA content 20%.and the minimum at 205 ℃ disappears at SMA content 20%.
