摘要: 赤霉素(Gibberellins)是一类重要的具有多种生理活性的植物生长刺激素,在农业、植物生理学、园艺学及医学等方面有广泛的用途。某些2,2-二烷基赤霉素衍生物具有很强的生理活性,如2,2-二甲基赤霉素A4(1)的生理活性是赤霉酸GA3(3)的50倍。

Abstract: Methyl 2,2-dimethylgibberellate A1(9a) and its isomer methyl 2,2-dimethyl-epi-gibberellate A1(9b) were synthesized first by chemical method from gibberellic acid (GA3)3All intermediates were substantiated by MS, IR, 1HNMR. The 1HNMR data of 9awere in agreement with those from literature.
