硫代磷(膦)酰二异氰酸酯与胺的加成反应

Studies on the Reaction of Thiophosphoryl (Thiophosphonyl)Diisocyanate with Various Amines

摘要: 采用亚磷(磷)酰二氯为原料与无水氰酸钠反应生成相应的亚磷(膦)酰二异氰酸酯,以三氯硫磷作硫化剂,可生成硫代磷(膦)酰二异氰酸酯。该酯与胺发生加成反应,生成相应的硫代磷(膦)酰二脲或1,3,5-三氮-2-磷杂环己烷-4,6-二酮类衍生物。讨论了胺的种类、摩尔比、溶剂极性和反应温度对生成物的影响以及所得化合物的结构和波谱性质。生物活性测定结果表明,其中一些化合物具有一定的除草及抑制几丁质活性。

Abstract: Phosphoro(n)diureidothioates and 1,3,5-triaza-2-phosphorin(nin)-4,6-dione derivatives were synthesized by means of the reaction of thiophosporyl(thiophosphonyl) diisocyanate with amines, respectively, according to the different amines and their molar ratio,the polarization of solvent and reaction temperature.The structures of the compounds synthesized and their properties of IR, NMR and MS spectrum were discussed. The biological tests show that these compounds have herbicidal activity and could inhibite the formation of chitin.
