摘要: 本文以淀粉或淀粉衍生物为原料,POC13为交联剂,采用逆相悬浮交联聚合技术合成了阴离子淀粉微球。以淀粉为基质的中性微球为原料,用Na3P3O9作交联剂进行二次交联和阴离子化,得到另一种阴离子型淀粉微球。研究了两种微球的表现形态、粒径分布、溶胀性和吸附载药性能。

Abstract: The anion starch microspheres(PSM) have been synthesized from starch or starch derivatives by the counter suspension crosslinking polymerization in the presence of POCl3 as the crosslinking agent.Another anion starch microspheres(TSM) are made of neutral starch microspheres by the secondary polymerization and anionization using Na3P3O9 as the crosslinking agent.Their surface morphology, size distribution, characters of swelling and adsorbability for drug carrying have been studied in this paper.
