摘要: 用改进的卤化法合成了LaOX:Dy3+磷光体(X=Cl,Br),测定了它们在室温和液氮温度下的荧光光谱;基于DSCPCF模型的计算结果,对Dy3+离子在该系列基质中的4F9/26HJ(J=15/2,13/2,11/2)发射及6H15/24G11/24I15/2激发带进行了理论归属,理论能级与实测光谱吻合。

Abstract: The phosphors LaOX:Dy3+(X=Cl, Br) were synthesized by a modified ammonium halide method.Their fluorescence spectra were measured at room and liquid-nitrogen temperatures, and were analysed based on the theoretical energy levels of Dy3+ calculated with the Double Sphere Coordination Point Charge Field (DSCPCF) model.The agreement between the calculated and the observed transition wavelengths is generally good.
