Solvent Effects on the Electronic Spectra of 1,4-Bis (Substituted Phenyl Ethynyl) Benzenes

摘要: 1,4-双(取代苯乙炔基)苯是较好的荧光物质并有良好的激光转换效率。本文测定了1,4-双(苯乙炔基)苯1和1,4-双[(4-叔丁基苯基)乙炔基]苯2在14种溶剂中的紫外吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱,并用多元回归QSAR程序研究了它们的溶剂效应。1实验UV谱用BeckmanDU-8B紫外可见分光光度计测定。荧光光谱在MPF-4荧光仪上测得。

Abstract: The electronic spectra of 1,4-bis(phenyl ethynyl)benzene 1 and 1,4-bis[(4-t-butylphenyl) ethynyl] benzene 2 in fourteen solvents were measured, and the solvent effects were studied by using Linear Regression Program QSAR. It is found that the vmaxUVand vmaxFL of the compounds varied with (n2-1)/(2n2+1), (ε-n2)(2ε-n2)/ε(n2+2)2and (ε-1)/(ε+2)-(n2-1)/(n2+2) of the solvents. The attractive forces between the molecules of the solutes and the molecules of the solvents are mainly dispersion force.
